Yier Technology's AT-2000T Raise Borer Machine facilitated the successful completion of the ventilation shaft at the Panlong Lead-Zinc Mine of Zhongjinlingnan. The Panlong Lead-Zinc Mine previously used rail-wheeled Raise Borer Machines, which required pre-laying of special tracks, resulting in long construction preparation cycles and low equipment relocation efficiency. The AT-2000T Raise Borer Machine uses diesel engine tire self-drive and wireless remote control technology, successfully achieving "zero-track" free relocation. Its mobility is highly compatible with the currently promoted trackless transportation system, providing strong support for the continuous improvement of the 6000t/d underground production system.

The commissioning of the new equipment was not without its challenges. During the initial use, a period of adjustment was experienced, encountering multiple technical challenges including power adaptation, chamber construction, and guide hole muck removal. Yier Technology dispatched after-sales engineer Jiao Zhaohui to provide guidance throughout the process, overcoming many difficulties and ultimately achieving precise completion of this shaft with "zero deviation".
The completed shaft is 50m long with a diameter of 2m. Notably, this shaft, serving as a return air shaft, will effectively address the ventilation pressure of the long single-heading advance face in the western development project. By optimizing the route, the original circuitous return air route is shortened, significantly improving the air quality of the working face.
