01 Tackling difficulties, challenges emerge
This ventilation shaft construction project was like a “tough battle”, facing many “obstacles” such as complex geology and difficult transportation. Firstly, the pit mouth terrain is complex and the passage is narrow, making the transportation of large equipment extremely difficult; secondly, the shaft diameter is 2 meters, requiring extremely high precision and safety control in construction, and any slight carelessness can easily lead to deviation or collapse;

Faced with numerous difficulties, Yier Technology acted quickly, sending after-sales engineers to provide on-site guidance, and jointly formed a “technology + construction” joint task force with Xinlong Mining, injecting strong technical strength into the project. Before the construction, the technical team conducted a comprehensive and in-depth survey of the construction site, fully grasping the geological conditions, surrounding environment, and potential risk points. Based on this, a project construction plan of “layered advancement + dynamic monitoring” was tailored, clarifying the construction steps, technical requirements, and quality control standards. Mechanical operation, quality and safety dual control
In this shaft construction, Xinlong Mining used Yier Technology AT-2000 Raise borer Machine to replace manual shaft construction, with mechanized construction as the core driving force. This equipment, with its high-precision positioning system and adaptive rock layer cutting technology, demonstrated excellent performance under complex geological conditions, with a single-shift operation efficiency 200% higher than traditional manual methods. The well wall is smooth after the shaft is formed, with minimal disturbance and damage to the surrounding rock, resulting in high-quality well formation. This not only effectively avoids safety risks such as falling rocks, water leakage, and toxic gases, but also greatly reduces labor intensity, shortens the construction period, and improves construction safety and efficiency.
