Pre sales technical training

The company invites customers to send employees to our company for pre-sales technical training. The company will arrange technical engineers and experienced after-sales engineers to provide pre job theoretical, technical, and practical training for the customer's appointed employees. During the training period, our company will bear the accommodation and food expenses.

On site after-sales service

① When the equipment enters the site for the first time and the first well operation begins, our company will assign no less than one technical engineer to work together randomly, starting the well operation, installation, commissioning, operation, guidance, maintenance services, etc., to ensure the smooth start-up and operation of the equipment. The whole process on-site service shall not be less than one well and the time shall not be less than two months;
② After the equipment works normally, our company will continue to assign one after-sales engineer to track the project, participate in technical guidance, maintenance, and after-sales service throughout the 12-month warranty period of the equipment, and ensure normal operation of the equipment during the warranty period until the customer's employees can proficiently operate the equipment;

Quality assurance

The overall quality assurance period of the equipment is 12 months; Core components (engine, axle, torque converter, gearbox, pump, drive shaft, radiator, center console, etc.) are guaranteed for 3 years; Oil cylinder warranty for 3 years (excluding seals); Non core components are covered by a 3-year warranty.
