During the reaming operation, at a depth of 53 meters, a fractured rock zone was encountered, causing low efficiency in the drilling operation and blocky spoil discharge due to the low contact area between the cutter head and the rock. After timely assessment, after-sales engineer Jiao Zhaohui formulated corresponding measures, adjusting the drilling speed and thrust pressure, using low-pressure back-reaming, and observing the spoil discharge during the reaming process to smoothly pass through the fractured rock zone.The successful completion of the ventilation shaft relies on the AT-2000 Raise Borer Machine, which adopts advanced design concepts, allowing for precise control of the drilling process, effectively coping with complex geological conditions, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of the ventilation shaft.Crossing language barriers, connecting hearts
